A glowing back pocket indicates that a guard is carrying a loot item.
In Sly 3, loot was sold immediately upon obtaining it; it did not need to be brought back and sold manually. An additional method to obtain loot was by capturing pirate ships in Blood Bath Bay. Bentley and Murray were also given the ability to pickpocket loot.
Loot in Thieves in Time for the most part worked as it did in the previous two games. There were 18 loot items in total, with three unique to each location. Each of the three loot items in each location had values of 100, 200, or 500 coins, depending on rarity.
